1. Introduction

Mirros IOM Limited operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mirros IOM Limited. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated in these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

 

2. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to Mirros IOM Limited, the owner of this website.
  • Customer, User, You: Refers to the person or entity using this website and/or purchasing Products from the Company.
  • Digital products include downloaded electronic items including gift cards, cash vouchers and mobile top-ups,
  • Physical Products: Non-digital products
  • Products: Refers to the payment wearables, gift cards, cash vouchers, and mobile top-ups offered for sale on this website.
  • Provider: A third-party partner entity supplying the Product.

 

3. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: To use our website and create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where the Products are available. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

 

4. Product Information

  • Description: We endeavour to describe and display the Products as accurately as possible, from information provided by Providers. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours and details shown on your monitor will be accurate.
  • Usage Restrictions: Products sold are intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and MuchBetter Wallet transfers.
  • Purchases will be processed by the Company using third party service providers

 

6. Order Process

  • Placing Orders: To place an order, add the desired Products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
  • Your are responsible for ensuring all your details are entered accurately. We are not responsible for delivering Products to an incorrect email or other delivery address
  • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
  • Certain Products may be delivered directly from the Provider.
  • Electronic Products are only valid for a single transaction or as detailed on the Product page and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
  • Order Cancellation: Physical items orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to our return policy. Purchases of gift cards, mobile top-ups and cash vouchers cannot be cancelled once the order is completed.

 

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: Providers may offer various shipping options for Physical Products. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are inclusive with the cost of the product. 
  • Delivery of electronic Products is effected when a transaction is successful.
  • Electronic products will not be replaced if lost but you may resend an Electronic product from your dashboard.
  • Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  • Delivery Times: Our anticipated delivery times will be notified to you when you place your order for Vouchers. We will not be liable for any losses you incur if delivery is delayed beyond our control.

 

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Return policy depends on the Product you purchased. Digital items such as mobile top-ups, gift cards and cash vouchers cannot be returned as they are deemed active once purchased. For physical items such as payment rings and fobs, provided the Product is not activated, you can exchange it for a different size. Any costs incurred for shipping or import duties in relation to the exchange of physical goods must be paid by you. Please refer to terms and conditions under the product description page.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will only be provided in accordance with statutory rights.

 

9. Warranty and Liability

  • Product Warranty: Payment wearables come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects . Gift cards, cash vouchers, and mobile top-ups are not covered by warranties.
  • We warrant we will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing our obligations under these Terms
  • Limitation of Liability: We will be responsible for any actual, quantifiable direct loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract only. We will not be liable for any other type of loss or damage howsoever caused or arising. We will not be responsible for any actual or anticipated loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, savings, consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss, damage or corruption of data.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
  • We provide no warranties or guarantees in respect of the Products or the service from a Provider.
  • You shall indemnify us against any loss or damage we suffer as a result of any claims brought by a third party arising out of your use of our website or the Products or a breach of these Terms

 

10. Use of Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Top-Ups

  • Redemption: Gift cards, vouchers, and top-ups can be redeemed as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Expiration: Some gift cards and vouchers may have an expiration date, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
  • Non-transferability: Gift cards, vouchers, and top-ups are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Company provides the Services on the website and acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the Provider for the distribution of Products available tfor purchase via vouchermap.com. By placing an order through vouchermap.com, you acknowledge that you are purchasing the Product directly from the relevant Provider. The Company's role is limited to facilitating the transaction between you and the Provider. The Company does not own or sell the Products and is not responsible for the quality, legality, delivery or any other aspect of the Products. Any issues related to the Product should be directed to the Provider from whom you purchased the Product.
