Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and refunds for Gifcards, Cash Vouchers and Mobile TopUps. If you experienced a technical issue during your purchase process, please contact our customer services team.

Simply select the gift card you wish to purchase, choose the desired amount, and follow the checkout process. You will find the pincode in the order history section of your account after a successful purchase.

Provided you have not activated your Ring, you can exchange it for a different size within 21 days of placing your order. Your Ring must be received back by us within 21 of days of placing your order. It is your responsibility to cover all return costs and we accept no liability for Rings that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly suggest your return your Ring via tracked delivery, retain your proof of postage and ensure your sender address is clearly visible on the packaging. You must include your MuchBetter registered phone number inside the packaging with your Ring, as without this we will not be able to identify who the return belongs to. We do not provide exchanges for Rings that have been activated.
