Purchase a Voucher: Log in to your account at vouchermap.com and select your desired voucher denomination, making sure it's in the same currency you selected for your MuchBetter account.

Choose a Payment Option:
- MuchBetter Wallet: Enter your registered phone number in the format: +[COUNTRY CODE][PHONE NUMBER].
- Cryptocurrency: Select the cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, XRP, etc.) and follow the instructions to send the funds.
- Visa/Mastercard: Enter your card details. The billing address will be saved for future deposits, and you can also save your card for future transactions.

Retrieve the Voucher PIN: After purchase, the voucher PIN is available for 72 hours. Go to Account > Orders and tap on “VIEW PIN” for the specific order.

Make the Deposit: Open the MuchBetter app, select “Top-Up,” choose the currency of the voucher, and enter the PIN. The funds will be added to your MuchBetter wallet.
- Go to Account.
- Select Orders.
- Find your Completed Order #.
- Click on View PIN.
To review your recent orders, log in to your account with your registered email address. Once logged in, go to the Account section at the top right of your screen and select Orders to view all your purchases.
If you can't find your voucher code, first check your spam folder and be sure to whitelist our email address, help@vouchermap.com, to ensure you receive future emails.
If the code is still missing, please contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance.
We do not offer returns or refunds for gift cards, cash vouchers, or mobile top-ups. If you experienced a technical issue during your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team for further assistance.

- The website or app where you are trying to redeem your voucher code.
- Your voucher PIN code.

Wearable payment accessories are devices or items like wristbands, rings, or smartwatches that have integrated technology for making contactless payments.
These accessories use NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to enable contactless payments. Simply tap the accessory on a compatible payment terminal to complete a transaction.
We accept all major credit cards, MuchBetter wallet, Open Banking, and other secure payment methods.
Yes, wearable payment accessories use secure encryption technology to protect your financial information.
Provided you have not activated your Ring, you can exchange it for a different size within 21 days of placing your order. Your Ring must be received back by us within 21 of days of placing your order. It is your responsibility to cover all return costs and we accept no liability for Rings that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we strongly suggest your return your Ring via tracked delivery, retain your proof of postage and ensure your sender address is clearly visible on the packaging. You must include your MuchBetter registered phone number inside the packaging with your Ring, as without this we will not be able to identify who the return belongs to. We do not provide exchanges for Rings that have been activated.
